This website provides you with information about our plans for Woodford Garden Neighbourhood – a new landscape-led proposal for homes on land between Chester Road, Old Hall Lane and Woodford Garden Village.
We have prepared a masterplan for the site and recently held a public consultation to allow us to listen to local feedback as we develop our plans and before we submit an outline planning application to Stockport Council.

Our plans aim to create a flourishing community with a lasting legacy, featuring a wide range of high-quality homes, a new Nature Park, and extensive green space.
